What are your store hours?
We’re open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed Sunday. Hours can change around holidays, so give us a call at (216) 631-2211 before a special trip.
Can you sew patches on while I wait?
Yes. Patch sewing is one of the things customers mention most. Single patches and name tapes are often done while you wait; for larger batches, call ahead and we’ll give you a turnaround time.
Do you do uniform alterations?
We handle hemming, tapering and fit adjustments on uniform trousers, shirts and outerwear — customers regularly mention same-day tailoring. See alterations & patches.
What do you carry?
Law enforcement and security uniforms, outerwear, duty and work boots, uniform shoes, belts, duty gear, insignia and workwear — including Carhartt pieces. Stock changes, so call if you need a specific item or size.
Can I try things on before I buy?
Absolutely. We have a dressing room in the shop, and our staff will help you find the right size and fit before you leave.
