Our story
A neighbourhood shop with a city-wide job
Cleveland Uniform Inc opened in 1976 and has served the city from 9861 Lorain Avenue, on Cleveland’s west side. For five decades the mission hasn’t changed: help the people who wear a uniform for work look sharp, feel comfortable and get back on the job quickly.
Today the shop, led by president Jerry M. Bird, carries law enforcement and security uniforms, duty and work boots, belts and accessories, and workwear — with an in-house sewing station for alterations and patches. The business holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Most of all, we’re known for the people behind the counter. Customers describe the staff as friendly, attentive and well informed — the kind of help that makes a quick stop on the way to a shift actually quick.

A dressing room on site and staff who size you properly — because a uniform that doesn’t fit doesn’t work.
Finished in-house
Patches, name tapes and hemming done at our own sewing station, often the same day.
